Orders and support
Checkout collects your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, order contents and any phone number or notes you provide. Buytcn uses this information to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to support requests and maintain transaction records. Information needed for fulfillment may be shared with delivery or fulfillment partners.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Necessary transaction details, such as the order amount and customer email, are passed to that provider. Payment information entered on an external payment page is handled under that provider’s own privacy notice.
Cookies and website delivery
Buytcn uses essential shopping-cart and login cookies to remember your cart and account session. The Vaucher storefront is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes network information such as IP addresses and traffic data to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Records and requests
At the date of this update, Buytcn has no automatic deletion schedule configured for account or order records. Email services@buytcn.com to ask about your information, request a copy or correction, or request deletion. Records needed for transaction administration or legal obligations may need to be retained.
